Payment, Delivery, Return & Refund Policy

NERIS offers you a few options for payment and delivery of the products.

1. Payment

You can pay for your order in one of the following ways:

- by bank card when placing your order at the website www.neriskayaks.com
- via PayPal to the account sales@neriskayaks.com
- to the company's bank account according to the invoice

2. Delivery of your order

NERIS products are stored at the warehouses: a) Kyiv, Ukraine, and b) Dessau-Rosslau, Germany. The kayaks are shipped in robust cardboard boxes.
Depending on the destination, delivery by DPD, GLS, DHL or other delivery services is possible.
 

3. Return & Refund Policy

Returns:

Before returning a product, please, contact us sending an e-mail to sales@neriskayaks.com

Customers are free to change their mind and reject the item at any time before the item is handed over to the delivery service. If by that moment the order has been already paid, NERIS will return to the customer full amount of the purchase, with the deduction of  the return bank transfer charges.

If NERIS company receives the e-mail message stating the customer’s wish to cancel the order after the item has been handed over to the delivery service, NERIS will return the costs paid for the item, with the deduction of 1) the cost of delivery of the item to the customer and 2) return bank transfer charges.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

NERIS reserves the right to refuse the refund request if the conditions mentioned above are not met by the Customer.

Refunds:

Сustomers should contact us before returning a product. Please send Return note to email - sales@neriskayaks.com

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

NERIS will provide the delivery address, responding to your e-mail.
