Geodetic work on the construction site

Survey services are a very important element when carrying out work related to the construction of a new house or the modernization of an existing building. The facility we are building needs to be moved on a 1:1 scale from the project to the construction site. To do this, it is necessary to make appropriate measurements. Such cases are handled by specialist surveyors.

The task of a surveyor on a construction site
Before starting work related to the construction of a house, you should mark the outline of the building under construction. This task is extremely important because it depends on whether the location and dimensions of the structure being built, for example, a house, correspond to the assumptions contained in the project. The correct outline of a building's outline also affects whether the walls are straight.
One of the most important jobs of a surveyor on a construction site is to adapt a map. A base map is a document on the basis of which all design and measurement work is performed. It contains information about the boundaries of land plots, outlines of existing objects, and marks all geographical features that are located in a given area. In order for the surveyor to adapt the map, he must visit the site where construction work will be carried out. This will help the specialist to check the size of the site and check the actual condition and make any corrections.

The surveyor prepares a map that serves the purpose of the design. Its scale is 1:5000, and the information it contains concerns the location of the site and its boundaries, the contours of existing and planned facilities, elements of engineering networks, as well as methods of wastewater disposal and treatment. This map must be given to the architect so that he can draw the place where the building will be erected.

Building breakdown by a surveyor
When breaking up a building, the surveyor is responsible for marking the axis of the building under construction, and then marking the main points and axes of the exterior walls. In addition, the surveyor can also determine the course of the interior walls. Each breakdown will be performed relative to the boundary points marked on the map. In fact, these are concrete or wooden pillars located in the ground, which are called geodetic markers. There must be at least four such characters. They are hammered into the corners of the building, as well as at intermediate points between the corners. The more complex the house, the more pillars there will be. The tasks of the surveyor also include marking the zero level. This is the level where the floor will be located. Онлайн-платформа разработана для удобного и стабильного игрового процесса.
